西安工业大学通信工程专业于2001年批准成立,2006年获批“通信与信息系统 ”硕士学位授予 权,2007年评为校级特色专业,2010年获“ 电子与通信工程 ”硕士学位授予权,2018年获批陕西省 人才培养模式创新实验区,2019年专业认证申请受理,2020年获批陕西省一流本科专业,2021年通 过专业认证自评自建。本专业将立德树人贯穿于人才培养全过程,秉承学校“面向企业,立足一线 ” 的办学定位和“注重工程实践、突出制造技术 ”的办学特色,致力于培养基础理论扎实,掌握现代 通信技术及其创新应用,具备良好创新能力与意识的信息与通信领域高级技术人才。本专业服务国 防信息化、锤炼兵工品质,在“厚基础,重实践,宽专业,强能力 ”的基础上,形成网络化信息感 知、智能网络与信息处理、武器信息化等特色方向,并与大数据、云计算、物联网、区块链等新技 术、新产业深度融合,进行新工科专业升级。围绕专业人才培养目标与定位,以学生为中心持续深 化专业综合改革,在学科竞赛与项目训练的驱动下,形成“基本工程素质+系统应用能力+系统设计 能力+工程创新意识 ”的专业人才培养模式。
The major of communication engineering of Xi'an University of technology was approved to be
established in 2001. In 2006, It was granted the right to grant the master's degree of "Communication and Information System". In 2007, it was rated as a school level characteristic major. In 2010, it was granted the right to grant the master's degree of "Electronic and Communication Engineering". In 2018, it was approved as Talent Training Mode Innovation Experimental Zone of Shaanxi province. The application for professional certification was accepted in 2019. In 2020, it was approved as a first-class undergraduate major in Shaanxi Province, and passed professional certification and self-assessment in 2021. This major runs through the whole process of talent training, adheres to the school running orientation of "facing enterprises and based on the front line" and the school running characteristics of "paying attention to engineering practice and highlighting manufacturing technology" and is committed to cultivating senior technical talents in the field of information and communication who have solid basic theory, master modern communication technology and its innovative application, and have good innovation ability and consciousness. This major serves national defense informatization and temper the quality of ordnance industry.

本专业面向国防工业和中西部地区社会经济,培养德智体美劳全面发展,掌握人文和自然科学 基础知识,工程技术基础知识,通信与信息工程基础理论和技能,现代通信系统与技术、数据通信 与网络和信息感知与处理等专业知识,能够在国防工业及国民经济中通信设备制造与研发、通信网 络与信息处理、移动通信、网络化信息感知与智能处理等领域从事科学研究、工程设计、产品研发、 运行维护、系统管理及技术服务等工作,具有社会责任感、人文科学素养、职业道德修养、团队协 作能力、创新创业精神和国际化视野的高素质人才。 学生毕业5年左右能够达到:
(1)具备良好人文素养、职业道德和社会责任感,具有严谨的科学作风,能够服务国家、国防 工业和社会发展。
(2)具备扎实的通信、信号处理、信息感知和网络等方面的理论知识与实践技能。
(3)具备独立技术工作能力,能够利用专业知识分析并解决通信工程相关领域复杂工程问题, 胜任国防工业和国民经济中通信设备制造与研发、通信网络与信息处理、移动通信、网络化信息感 知等领域的技术、服务及管理等工作,并能在工程项目实践中综合考虑经济、法律、环境和可持续 性发展等因素。
(4)具有良好的组织能力、团队协同精神和国际化视野,能够进行工程项目的组织,并与国内 外同行、用户等进行有效沟通和交流。
(5)具有终生学习能力与自我知识更新意识,能够跟踪信息学科前沿,并适应现代通信技术及 职业发展,具备成为工程师或技术骨干的能力。
Facing national defense industry and the socio-economic development of the central and western regions, this major aims to train high-quality talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence,
physical, beauty and labor, mastering basic knowledge of humanities and natural sciences, engineering technology, communication and information engineering theory and skills,having professional knowledge in communication technology, communication systems, communication networks, and information perception and processing.They are able to engage in scientific research, engineering design, product development, operation and maintenance, system management, and technical services in the fields of communication equipment manufacturing and research and development, communication networks and information processing, mobile communication, and networked information perception in the national defense industry and national economy. At the same time, they possess a sense of social responsibility, humanistic literacy, professional ethics, teamwork ability, innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, and an international perspective.Graduates with a minimum of five years are required to:
(1)Have good humanistic quality, high professional ethics and strong social responsibility and other comprehensive quality. Owning rigorous scientific style, and the ability to serve the country and social.
( 2 ) Have solid theoretical knowledge and practical skills in communication technology, signal processing technology, communication systems, information sensing systems and communication networks.
(3)Have obtainability to work independently in technical. Be able to use professional knowledge to analyze and solve complex engineering problems. Be competent for the work on technical, service and management in the field of communication engineering, network information perception, communication equipment manufacturing and R&D, communication network and information processing, communication operation and national defense industry. At the same time, take the project practice of economic, legal, environmental and sustainable development into consideration.
( 4 ) Have good spirits of collaboration, team synergy and international vision. Be able to communicate effectively with domestic and foreign counterparts and users.

四、毕业条件及学位授予要求
IV.Graduation Requirements and Degree Awarding Requirements
在修业年限内修完本专业规定课程,获得的总学分不低于163+X学分、第二课堂学分不低于7学 分(需通过《Python语言程序设计》课程考核获得1学分),且通过《国家学生体质健康标准》的合 格测试,方可准予毕业。
注:X 学分包含通识选修课程、专业选修课程、 自选课程,根据个人职业发展意愿,修读12— 18学分。其中,通识选修课程应至少修读各模块要求的最低学分(不少于7学分)。
达到毕业要求,且符合《西安工业大学学士学位授予工作细则》,授予工学学士学位。
Only after completing the required courses within the length of study, and obtaining the total credits of no less than 163+X and the second classroom credits of no less than 7, passing the qualification test of "National Student Physical Health Standard" and the examination of "Python Language Programming" course, can be allowed to graduate.
Note: X credits include general elective courses, professional elective courses, and elective courses. Depending on personal career development preferences, students can take 12-18 credits. Among them, elective courses in general education should take at least the minimum required credits for each module (not less than 7 credits)
To meet the graduation requirements, and in line with the "Working Rules for the Bachelor Degree Awarding ofXi'an Technological University", can be awarded a bachelor's degree in Engineering.
