吴杰,男,工学博士,副教授,兵器学院副院长,硕士生导师,兼任西部素质教育编委、陕西省省级军民融合创新示范基地主任、西安市激光红外学会理事、秦创原量子信息科技联合创新中心常务理事、陕西省临地安防学会会员、教育部学位中心论文评审中心专家、西咸新区空港新城管委会特聘国防科技经纪人
